About The Artist
Hi! My name is Zoe.
I am a self-taught visual artist, and have loved art ever since I was young. My favorite subjects to draw are people and animals. I still have old drawings I did when I was 6, and they remind me of how far I've come as an artist.
I started drawing digitally in 2019, after I saved up to I buy an iPad. I use the Procreate app to draw digitally. Procreate is a great app, and while I struggled in the beginning to make the switch from traditional to digital art, I slowly began to explore the amazing world of digital illustration. Since then I've been having a blast.
I work as a freelance artist, and I love creating stunning visual works for others. I'm passionate about making art. If you have an idea that you want drawn, or a portrait you need made, please feel free to reach out! I love bringing joy to my clients.
What is art to me?
I believe that art can often say what words cannot. Art is an emotional, powerful medium that can make people stop what they are doing, and look deeper into the art, as well as the world around them. Art as activism can influence the viewer to learn about social justice and confront social issues.
Art is such an important part of my life. Art lets me process the world around me in a creative way. Every piece of art I create is meant to draw in the viewer, whether to the beauty of the subject, or to the challenges we face in society. My artwork ranges in medium, but is always full of passion, emotion, and joy.
